We require a 30% deposit on conformation order with the balance payable before collection or delivery. Typically we can deliver all orders in the UK and to mainland Europe within four weeks from the deposit being paid. We make modest packaging and delivery charge, and delivery may be FOC (free of charge) within the Thames Valley. Customers are encouraged to collect their orders at our yard in Windsor, Berkshire as we enjoy meeting you!

From time to time we offer ex. Demonstration sweeps and sculls across our range at very attractive prices. All ex. Demonstration products have been refurbished by us and carry a three month price refund guarantee. This refund guarantee is up to a maximum of 75% of the order’s purchase price. Any refund can only be confirmed upon our inspection of the goods we supplied at the agreed purchase price, with the goods being returned to our yard in Windsor at the customers expense. We do not undertake repairs to ex. Demonstration / refurbished sweeps and sculls hence our policy of the cash refund.
